Following a call from over 130 organisations for the EU to adopt an Action Plan for Plant-based Foods by 2026 to strengthen plant-based agri-food chains — from farmers to consumers — this Blueprint sets out how the plan could be implemented, providing policy recommendations and information.

It sets out opportunities at political and economic levels, from food security and empowering farmers to boosting the EU's supply and securing funding, with a focus on the entire supply chain.
